Worked on identifying these audiences (avoided being broad) to perform further analysis like user research, personas, empathy map, etc. Addressing their needs and frustrations compared with market research & stakeholders and tasks they will perform

Onboarding
The onboarding screen comes after the splash. this page in the app eases the user into the app, letting the user know what to expect inside the app. In the onboarding screen, I decided to make the screens welcoming and intuitive.
Signing in screens
Making the Login screen/Sign up screen as stress-free as possible was a priority. The sign-in prompt appears when a user adds a product to the cart or wish-list that causes minimum fuss and distraction.
Home Page
The home screen is usually where the products are displayed. For the first-time user, the interface is seamless, with various products categorized into sections with a favorite screen that allows you to view the items you love. Whereas, based on a person's previous interactions with the application, the home screen would have a tailored approach to provide a better customer experience.
Categories Page
Now comes the categories screen, where people shop for products. Here, users can browse and select products based on their style, preferred color, or other motivations. Users can even filter and sort the products according to their needs.
Product Page
This screen displays information about a product, such as a description, specifications, and reviews.
Quick Checkout
I discovered that the checkout process is generally tedious and time-consuming in competitive analysis. By using a clear strategy, I intended to enhance the checkout experience.
-
Adding products to the cart is clear.
-
Selecting or changing the quantity is also within reach.
-
The shopping cart allows you to enter discounts or promo codes when placing your transaction.
-
It is simple to add or remove items from the cart.
-
The checkout procedure is organized into three sections to decrease the boring aspect of the total purchasing journey: address, payments, and order summary.
-
After completing the first two stages, the user may quickly see the order summary and confirm their order.
-
During the confirmation process, any previous steps can be modified.
Search Page
This page is in charge of finding a product that the user cannot find in the category section. The user may either type the name or take a picture of the product, allowing them to search for it even if they don't know its name. A powerful option gives users suggestions as they start typing in the search text box.
