The Problem
PINC is an insurance app for POSPs, i.e., Point of Sales Persons. It is for people who have become sales agents. The KPI for this job requires individuals to step out of the office at regular intervals and connect with clients. Time management is a key aspect associated with their role.
The Solution
This requirement emphasizes the necessity of an app that has all of the data necessary for a sales agent's day-to-day operations. I aim to create a minimal, easily navigated interface that will assist sales agents in exploring quotes for their customers, saving leads, and engaging with the offerings provided by the organization.
Competitive Analysis
In order to learn about the current market, I analyzed direct and indirect competitors. Direct competitors have the same business model as PINC, focusing only on point of sales persons while indirect competitors are leading companies in the insurance industry.

Dashboard
The design is personalized, and it could be adapted by a sales person in no time. The text is crisp and concise, and the navigation is simple. Because sales executives are always on the move and need to take quick actions, I've put all of the necessary tasks right on the dashboard. As a result, the task is finished on schedule without the executive being frustrated for an extended period of time.
Promotional Banners
Given that the application's intended users are salespeople, time was a major consideration. In most cases, information is displayed on the onboarding screens. However, in this case, because of the time restriction, I've placed the relevant banners directly on the dashboard. Placing promotional banners or crucial information on the dashboard will engage the user, but they will not be swamped with unnecessary adverts all of the time.
Get Quotes
Get Quotes is a part where the salesperson may quickly choose an insurance type and calculate a quote. I've selected "car" as the insurance type. When the salesperson clicks on it, only the relevant fields will be displayed. After the appropriate information is entered, the premium will be calculated in the shortest time possible, and the salesperson will be able to explain it to their customers.
My Business
My Business is a section where a salesperson may view all of their business-related information, such as earnings, leads generated, and meetings planned. The data generated when a user logs in will be as of the current date, but the user can also retrieve information depending on any date entered. Due to this enhancement, the user will no longer need to visit his profile section on a frequent basis to see these critical insights.
